Spa Policies
Sick Policy / COVID-19 Policy:

Clients must self-screen for general illness or signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever (above 100 degrees), fatigue, chills, sore throat, headache, congestion or runny nose, muscle pain, body aches, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell) before arriving.

If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. Your beauty service can wait. Please consider the health of our other clients, our families, and the staff at Ritual Skincare Spa. Shutting down a business due to illness is devastating for a small businesses and those self-employed.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms, or are waiting on a COVID-19 lab test, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. Also- if you are living with or have been in close or proximate contact with anyone that has COVID-19, has COVID-19 symptoms, or waiting on a COVID-19 lab test, to please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Any client showing symptoms of any illness when they arrive at the spa for their scheduled appointment will be denied service and sent home.

This will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service(s). So, please contact us prior to your appointment if you're not feeling well and need to cancel. Please give as much notice as possible so we can attempt to fill the appointment time. Be mindful of your health. Again-please don't put the health of our other clients, our families, and the staff at Ritual Skincare Spa at risk.

Cancellation Policies:
All cancellation policies apply to ALL appointments, including prepaid services and gift cards/certificates on file.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is needed before your scheduled appointment time. A late notice prevents us from filling your appointment slot with another client.

Any appointment that is cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time OR any appointment that is a NO CALL/NO SHOW will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service(s). If no credit card is on file, has expired or declines payment for any reason, you will be required to pay this fee before booking any future appointments.

Any client that reschedules their appointment, cancels their appointment, or no shows for their appointment 3 consecutive times (this includes any mix of the 3 - reschedule, cancellation or no show), will no longer be accepted as a client.
Late Policy:

We understand life happens, but arriving late for your service is very stressful on your service provider to provide the excellent service we want to provide for you. If you are running late, please call or text us at 716-906-2398. Your communication with us is appreciated

Services that have a late start due to a client being late will end at the scheduled end time of the service(s) booked and will be charged full price for the service(s) booked. This is in consideration for clients who have services scheduled after you and for our business who reserved that time specifically for you.

If you are more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule your service and you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service(s) as a NO CALL/NO SHOW. If no credit card is on file, has expired or declines payment for any reason, you will be required to pay this fee before booking any future appointments.

Return Policy:

All products sales at Ritual Skincare Spa are final. Once a product leaves our building, it can no longer be returned. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@ritualskincarespa.com so we may address the situation. Services are non-refundable.
Children & Extra Visitor Policy:

Due to safety and liability regulations, we are no longer accepting clients under the age of 18. Also, we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the spa. Please do not arrive with extra visitors or children.
