Here at Ritual Skincare Spa we are looking for a Spa Assistant / Front Desk with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, and has great attention to detail to assist us in providing the best customer service experience to our clients!

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and greeting clients to the spa
Opening and closing the spa and treatment rooms for the day
Focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and laundry requirements of the spa
Monitoring inventory and supplies
Client communications and correspondence
Assisting the owner and service provider staff in smooth appointment transitions
Arranging & confirming appointments, selling products & gift cards, and collecting payments
Assisting in social media & marketing efforts
Most importantly, the Spa Assistant helps ensure client satisfaction overall

The ideal candidate will:

Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Comfortable with learning new client management systems

Compensation: $15-$18/hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27-30 per week

Shift:

9 hour shift

Weekly day range:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (possible Saturdays in the future)

Ability to commute:

Hamburg, NY 14075: Ability to reliably commute before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
